C&P Resiliency Group (C&P) is women-owned small business specializing in disaster response and recovery efforts. Focused on building local communities’ resilience to natural and human-made hazards, we offer extensive experience in response and recovery services, including the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA’s) Public Assistance (PA) Program and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP); the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program, and newer federal programs such as the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC).
Based in Louisiana, the C&P Team have the lived of experience of both surviving disasters as members of the local community and assisting rebuilding post-disaster as emergency management professionals. We leverage this personal and professional experience to help our clients navigate and supervise the complex federal grant policies, allowing our clients to focus on the local recovery process.
